This is the home of James and Margaret Grainger which was designed and built in 1971 by Welsh architect Ifan Prys Edwards.

At the time it was built, the home was state of the art, featuring a built in surround-sound record player and intercoms in every room for the family to communicate. Margret lived in the house for over 50 years, moving out sometime last year. The property remained untouched many of these years keeping the home in imuclate condition.
