Antiques of the Future

A selection of images from my current body of work titled ‘Antiques of the Future’, a project exploring collectors and the relationship to their possessions. Starting as an exploration to try and understand my Fathers compulsion to collect, this series takes a broad view of collecting and explores the themes photographically. As well as creating the series of images, I am also currently building an immersive installation experience to be viewed physically along with the work to help the viewer gain a better understanding as to why these individuals collect.
